Welcome to Casa Luna! We are just 190 meters from Praia do Patacho, one of the most preserved beaches in Brazil. Just a few minutes from Vila Guajá, where you can find excellent restaurants serving local cuisine, such as fresh seafood. Fifteen minutes away are the paradisiacal beaches of São Miguel dos Milagres, perfect for a swim or a buggy ride. Japaratinga and Maragogi are also nearby, less than 45 minutes away. Relax and enjoy the best that the Alagoas coastline has to offer!

We are located in the central area of Praia do Patacho, exactly 120 km from Maceió Airport and 190 km from Recife Airport. The roads on both routes are in good condition. Coming from Recife, you can take the highway route or shorten the journey by using the ferry that crosses Japaratinga. The ferry is very safe, the crossing is over a calm river, and the distance is only 500 meters. The ferry availability should be checked online (be mindful of the schedule). To get around here, we recommend renting a car, as there are many incredible beaches within a 20 km radius. However, you also have the option to use taxis, mototaxis, and local drivers.

Casa Luna is located on the ground floor with a view of the pool, providing a comfortable space for you to relax with your family. The balcony features a barbecue grill and a barbecue kit for you to prepare a great meal. The house has two suites with air conditioning and queen beds, TVs in all rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with an air fryer. We also provide a beach kit with four chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler. The bathroom includes a hairdryer and an iron. Gamboa Patacho is a tranquil place with a swimming pool and hammock area, close to nature and the beach—a perfect spot to disconnect and truly rest.

**Essential Information:**

**House and Condominium Rules:**

1. **Linen Rules:** We ask for special attention when using the linens, avoiding misuse that may result in stains. Please take care, as stains (makeup) or damage will incur a fine of R$100 per item.

2. **No smoking in indoor areas.**

3. **Churrasqueira Use:** Please read the manual before using the barbecue to avoid damage from improper use or accidents. After use, we ask that you clean it.

4. **Do not throw paper in the toilets; use the trash bins in the bathrooms.**

5. **Absolute silence after 11 PM.**

6. **Hanging clothes/towels on the balcony/windows is prohibited.**

7. **If trash accumulates, please take it out for collection by 9 AM or deposit it in the bins available in the condominium.**

8. **The use of glass utensils on the balcony/pool is prohibited; do not eat or drink in the pool.** Violating these rules may result in fines ranging from R$200 to R$1,500.

**Conscious Energy Use:** Please be mindful of energy consumption. Turn off all appliances and lights before leaving to preserve resources and avoid waste.

**Check-out Time:** Our usual check-out time is 11 AM, but you may request an extension based on availability.

**Check-out Instructions:**

1. Before leaving the unit, turn off the lights, air conditioning units, and TVs.

2. Leave the space in an acceptable state of cleanliness. Return any moved furniture to its original position. Please inform us if anything was damaged or broken during your stay, as we will conduct an inspection upon your departure.

3. Upon leaving, dispose of trash in the bin near the front desk.

4. Leave the keys at the front desk and inform them of your unit number.
