AOCA Pet Policy

The following policy applies to properties that accept pets:

1. Only small pets (up to 10kg) with up-to-date vaccinations and a friendly temperament are accepted.

2. A maximum of one pet is allowed per property. The pet's size must be appropriate for the rented property. Exceptions must be discussed in advance with the Moments Stays team via WhatsApp: +55 81 98396-5474.

3. Female pets are only allowed if they are not in heat.

4. The pet must be free of fleas and other parasites.

5. The owner must ensure that the pet does not cause noise that may disturb neighbors.

6. All vaccination documents for the pet must be brought and kept with the owner during the stay.

7. The pet cannot be left alone in the property.

8. Washing and drying the pet inside the property is not allowed.

9. The owner must bring all necessary items for the pet (e.g., food containers, leashes, food, hygiene materials, bed, medications, toys, etc.) and is responsible for cleaning up any solid or liquid waste in the property and common areas.

10. Use pet pads in the property to control odors.

11. In common areas, the pet must be on a leash and collar and cannot roam freely or enter the communal pools. The owner must know and follow the condominium's rules.

12. If extra cleaning or cooking services are hired, the staff will only perform the service in the absence of the pet or if the owner is present at all times.

13. Property linens and towels cannot be used for the pet.

14. The pet is not allowed on beds, sofas, or other furniture. If this rule is violated, an extra cleaning fee of R$ 200.00 will be charged.

15. The owner is fully responsible for any personal or property damage caused by the pet, releasing Moments Stays from any legal claims.

16. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of the stay and a fine of up to R$ 900.00.

17. The cleaning fee and/or fine will be charged in a single payment through the method used for the reservation.
