Please review the essential information below:

**House and Condominium Rules:**

1. No smoking in indoor areas (we have smoke detectors in the apartment).

2. To use the barbecue, please read the manual beforehand to avoid misuse or accidents. After use, kindly clean it.

3. Do not throw paper in the toilets; use the trash cans in the bathrooms.

4. Absolute silence after 11 p.m.

5. No hanging clothes/towels on the balcony/windows.

6. If garbage accumulates, dispose of it in the parking lot trash bin.

7. No glass utensils on the balcony/pool area; do not consume food/drink in the pool.

8. Non-compliance subject to fines from R$200 to R$1,500.

**Linens Rules:**

Please pay special attention when using the linens, avoiding misuse that may result in stains. We request care and consideration, informing you that stains (makeup) or damages will result in a fine of R$100 per item. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

**Conscious Energy Use:**

Be mindful of energy usage. Turn off all appliances and lights before leaving to conserve resources and prevent waste.

**Check-out Time:**

Our usual check-out time is 10 a.m., but you can request a later check-out, subject to schedule availability.

**Check-out Instructions:**

1. When leaving the unit, turn off the lights, A/C units, and TVs.

2. Leave the space in an acceptable cleaning state. Re-position moved furniture. Inform us if anything was damaged or broken during your stay, as we will conduct a checkout inspection upon your departure.

3. When leaving, dispose of the trash in the parking lot trash bin.

4. Inform us of the planned departure time for key collection.
