Paradise of Patacho: Studio with Pool View

Here is the essential information for your reservation:

Check-in:

- From 2 PM. At the Villas Manatee Condominium gate, inform the unit number (A104), your name, and your ID to receive the keys.

Rules:

1. Smoking is prohibited indoors.

2. Do not throw paper in the toilets.

3. Pool: Available for use from 9 AM to 10 PM.

4. Absolute silence after 10 PM throughout the condominium.

5. Glass utensils are prohibited in common areas, especially around the pool and hot tub.

6. Do not hang clothes/towels on the balcony or windows.

7. Dispose of trash in the nearest bin.

8. Before using the portable electric grill, read the manual available in the balcony cabinet and follow the cleaning instructions after use.

9. Turn off all appliances and lights when leaving.

10. Wristbands: Wearing wristbands is mandatory for all guests.

11. Noise: Prohibited in common areas throughout the day and in the entire condominium after 10 PM.

Fines:

- Non-compliance with rules 1 to 11 is subject to fines ranging from R$200 to R$1,500.

Check-out:

- Standard time is 10 AM, but you can request a later check-out based on availability.

Check-out Instructions:

1. Turn off the lights, air conditioners, and TVs when leaving the unit.

2. Leave the space in an acceptable state of cleanliness. Return any moved furniture and report any damages or breakages.

3. Dispose of trash in the nearest bins or at the gate.

4. Return the keys to the gate.

Linen Rules:

Please take special care when using the linen, avoiding misuse that could stain white items with sunscreen. Makeup stains or damage will result in a R$100 fine per item. We appreciate your understanding.

Energy Conservation:

- Be mindful of energy use and turn off all appliances and lights before leaving to avoid waste.

Important: If you're coming from Recife, please be careful with the route the GPS might suggest. If you choose the ferry that crosses from Porto de Pedras to Japaratinga, check the operating hours as they may vary. We recommend taking the road, which is more direct and hassle-free.
