We are only 10 minutes from Milagres and 30 minutes from Praia do Patacho! What are you waiting for?
We are located at Praia do Marceneiro, approximately 95 km from Maceió Airport and 165 km from Recife Airport. The road on both routes is easy to navigate. Coming from Recife, you can choose the highway route or take the ferry in Japaratinga, which crosses a calm river with only a 500-meter crossing (check availability online). To get around the region, we suggest renting a car, as there are several amazing beaches within a 20 km radius. Alternatively, taxis, mototaxis, and local drivers are available. GPS: Use navigation apps like Google Maps or Waze, entering "Pousada Marceneiro" as the nearest reference point. Road Conditions: The main road to the entrance of Praia do Marceneiro is paved. The final stretch to the house is a dirt road, which may have uneven sections, so it's important to drive carefully.
Our house at Praia de Marceneiro is simply perfect for those looking to relax and make the most of the coastline. In addition to the private pool and barbecue area, you can enjoy the incredible sea view right from the bedroom balconies. There are two air-conditioned suites, each with a queen bed, and we also provide an extra single mattress in each room. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare your favorite meals. To make it even better, there are two bicycles available for exploring the area, and you're just steps away from the beach, which is peaceful and almost exclusive. Everything is designed to make you feel at home, but with the sea right in front! For added convenience, we also offer extra services like daily cleaning and even a cook to prepare meals.

Do not flush paper down the toilets; use the bathroom trash bins. 4. Absolute silence is required after 11 PM. 5. Hanging clothes/towels on the balcony or windows is prohibited. 6. Glassware is prohibited on the balcony/pool area; avoid eating or drinking in the pool. 7. Violation of these rules is subject to fines ranging from R$200 to R$1,500. * Linen Rules: We kindly ask for special care when using the linens, avoiding improper use that could cause stains. Please handle with care, as stains (such as makeup) or damages will result in a R$100 fine per item. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Conscious Energy Use: Please be mindful of energy use. Turn off all appliances and lights before leaving to conserve resources and avoid waste. * Check-out Time: Our usual check-out time is 11 AM, but you may request a later check-out, subject to schedule availability. * Check-out Instructions: 1. Turn off all lights, A/C units, and TVs when leaving the unit. 2. Leave the space in an acceptable level of cleanliness. Return any moved furniture to its original place. Notify us of any damage or breakages during your stay, as we will conduct a final inspection upon your departure. 3. Dispose of all trash before leaving. 4. Inform us of your planned departure time for key collection.
