Welcome to Flat Manly! Our little corner at Villas Patacho was designed for those who want to relax and enjoy everything Praia do Patacho has to offer. This fully equipped flat features two cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private balcony on the first floor with a barbecue. The condominium has everything you need for your comfort: a pool for adults and children, a communal area to unwind, and a very peaceful vibe. Praia do Patacho, one of the most beautiful beaches on the coast.
We are located in the central area of Praia do Patacho, exactly 120 km from Maceió Airport and 190 km from Recife Airport. The road on both routes is in good condition. Coming from Recife, you can take the highway or shorten the journey by using the ferry that crosses Japaratinga. The ferry is very safe, crossing a calm river over a distance of just 500 meters. Ferry availability should be checked online.
To get around here, we recommend renting a car, as there are so many incredible beaches within a 20 km radius. However, you also have the option to use taxis, motorbikes, and local drivers.

The Villas Patacho condominium is less than a 5-minute drive from Praia do Patacho. Look for the reserved unit at the entrance. It is located approximately 100 km from Zumbi dos Palmares Airport in Maceió, AL, and 170 km from Recife Airport. It is about 15 km from Maragogi and 10 km from São Miguel dos Milagres. The entire route to all of the above locations is accessible via paved road. To reach the condominium, enter the listing location into your GPS as a reference or use the Villas Manatee Condominium as a reference. Villas Patacho is located next to Villas Manatee.

If you wish to check in earlier or check out later, please make a request and we will assess if it’s possible. We can often accommodate such requests! Please review the essential information below:
**House and Condominium Rules:**
1. Smoking is not allowed indoors.
2. Do not dispose of paper in the toilets.
3. Pool: Available from 08:00 to 22:00.
4. Absolute silence after 23:00 throughout the condominium.
5. Glass utensils are prohibited in common areas, especially around the pool and hot tub.
6. Do not hang clothes/towels on the balcony or windows.
7. Dispose of trash in the nearest trash bin.
8. Before using the barbecue, read the manual available in the balcony cabinet and follow the cleaning instructions after use.
9. Turn off all appliances and lights when leaving.
10. Wristbands: All guests must wear wristbands.
11. Noise: No noise is allowed in the common areas during the day and throughout the condominium after 22:00.
12. Linens: Please handle the linens carefully to avoid misuse, which could result in stains. Makeup stains or damage will incur a fine of R$100 per item.
**Fines:**
- Failure to comply with rules 1 to 12 will result in fines ranging from R$200 to R$1,500.
**Check-out Time:**
Our usual check-out time is 11:00 AM, but you can request a later check-out, subject to availability in the schedule.
**Check-out Instructions:**
1. When leaving the unit, turn off the lights, air conditioning units, and TVs.
2. Leave the space in an acceptable state of cleanliness. Move any furniture back to its original position.
3. If anything was damaged or broken during your stay, please inform us, as we will be conducting an inspection upon your departure.
4. Place trash in the collection bin near the front desk.
5. Leave the keys at the front desk and inform them of your unit number.
