We are located in the central area of Praia do Patacho, exactly 120 km from Maceió Airport and 190 km from Recife Airport. The roads on both routes are in good condition. Coming from Recife, you can take the highway or shorten the journey by using the ferry that crosses Japaratinga. The ferry is very safe, the crossing is on a calm river, and the distance is only 500 meters. Ferry availability should be checked online (pay attention to the schedule). To get around here, we recommend renting a car, as there are so many incredible beaches within a 20 km radius. However, you also have the option of using taxis, motorbikes, or local drivers.

6. Do not hang clothes or towels on the balcony or windows.

7. Dispose of trash in the nearest bin.

8. Before using the barbecue, please read the manual in the balcony cabinet and follow the cleaning instructions afterwards.

9. Turn off all appliances and lights before leaving.

10. Wristbands: Wearing wristbands is mandatory for all guests.

11. Sound and Noise: Prohibited in common areas throughout the day and across the condominium after 10 PM.

12. Linen Rules: Please take special care when using the provided linens to avoid misuse that could result in stains. Any stains (e.g., makeup) or damages will incur a fine of R$100 per item.

- Violations of rules 1 to 12 may result in fines ranging from R$200 to R$1,500.

Energy Use Awareness:

Please be mindful of energy usage. Turn off all appliances and lights before leaving to preserve resources and prevent waste.

Check-out Time:

The standard check-out time is 10 AM, but you can request a later check-out, depending on availability.

Check-out Instructions:

1. Turn off lights, air conditioners, and TVs before leaving.

2. Leave the space in acceptable cleanliness. Return any moved furniture to its original position. Notify us of any damages or breakages during your stay, as we will inspect the unit upon your departure.

3. Dispose of trash in the bin near the entrance.

4. Leave the keys at the front desk and inform them of the unit number when leaving.
