We are located in the central area of Praia do Patacho, exactly 120 km from Maceió Airport and 190 km from Recife Airport. The roads on both routes are in good condition. Coming from Recife, you can either take the highway or shorten the journey by using the ferry that crosses Japaratinga. The ferry is very safe, the crossing is on a calm river, and the distance is only 500 meters. Ferry availability should be checked online (pay attention to the schedule). To get around here, we recommend renting a car, as there are many amazing beaches within a 20 km radius. However, you also have the option of using taxis, motorbike taxis, and local drivers.

House and Condominium Rules:

1. Linen Rules: We ask for special attention when using the linens, avoiding improper use that may result in stains. We request care and attention, informing you that stains (such as makeup) or damages will result in a fine of R$100 per item. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

2. Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas (there is a smoke detector in the apartment).

3. To use the barbecue, please read the manual beforehand to avoid damage due to improper use or accidents. After use, we ask that you clean it.

4. Do not flush paper down the toilets; use the bathroom trash bins.

5. Absolute silence after 11 PM.

6. Hanging clothes/towels on the balcony/windows is prohibited.

7. If the trash accumulates, please place it for collection by 9 AM or dispose of it in the available trash bins in the condominium.

8. The use of glass utensils on the balcony/pool is prohibited; eating or drinking in the pool is not allowed.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines ranging from R$200 to R$1,500.

Check-out Time* Our usual check-out time is 11:00 AM, but you can request a late check-out, subject to schedule availability.

Check-out Instructions:

1. Turn off the lights, air conditioning units, and TVs when leaving the unit.

2. Leave the space in an acceptable condition of cleanliness. Reposition any moved furniture. Please inform us if anything was damaged or broken during your stay, as we will be conducting a final inspection upon your departure.

3. Upon departure, please place your trash in the bin near the front desk for collection.

4. When you leave, drop off the keys at the front desk and provide your unit number.
