Welcome to Casa Mandala, a luxurious and comfortable retreat in the Eco Patacho Condominium, featuring a full range of amenities, including pools, sports courts, playgrounds, and 24-hour security. It boasts a private pool, a gourmet area, a barbecue grill, and more, all just steps away from the paradisiacal Praia do Patacho. We are conveniently located near markets and restaurants.

We are located in the central area of Praia do Patacho, exactly 120 km from Maceió Airport and 190 km from Recife Airport. The roads on both routes are good. Coming from Recife, you can take the highway or shorten the journey by taking the ferry across Japaratinga. The ferry is very safe, the crossing is over a calm river, and the distance is just 500 meters. The ferry availability should be checked online (be mindful of the schedule). To get around here, we recommend renting a car, as there are so many amazing beaches within a 20 km radius. However, you also have the option to use taxis, mototaxis, and local drivers.

### Service Details:

#### Housekeeping Service:

The daily rate includes room cleaning and trash removal every day.

#### Meal Service:

If desired, our housekeeper can prepare breakfast and lunch for an additional fee. Guests are responsible for purchasing the necessary ingredients, and the housekeeper can assist in creating a shopping list to match your preferences.

**Note:** Dinner service is not available.

### Pricing Policy:

The advertised daily rate includes housekeeping service.

Additional services, such as breakfast and lunch preparation, are available for an extra fee of **R$150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais) per day**, paid directly to the housekeeper. You are not required to book this service for the entire stay; you can arrange specific days with her upon arrival or during your stay.

**Important:**

Make sure to purchase all necessary ingredients for breakfast and lunch before your stay. We do not provide ready-made meals, but we are happy to assist with the housekeeper’s support in organizing your grocery shopping.

### Grocery Shopping:

There are small markets in the area for daily shopping. However, many guests prefer to stock up on groceries in **Maceió or Recife**, especially for premium products, and then supplement with local purchases. Some local markets also offer delivery services directly to the house for added convenience.

You will have access to everything our condominium with resort-style amenities has to offer. No additional fee will be charged for the space.

We will be available 24 hours a day during your stay for emergencies and needs. We love hosting people and providing a unique and unforgettable experience.

House Rules:

1. No smoking indoors.

2. We have a barbecue. After use, please clean it.

3. Do not throw paper in the toilets; use the trash bins in the bathrooms.

4. Absolute silence after 11 PM.

5. No glassware on the balcony/pool; do not consume food or drinks in the pool.

6. Non-compliance may result in fines ranging from R$200 to R$1,500.

Linen Rules:

Please take special care when using the linens to avoid misuse that could result in stains. Any stains (such as makeup) or damage will incur a fine of R$100 per item. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Conscious Energy Use:

Be mindful of energy consumption. Turn off all appliances and lights before leaving to conserve resources and prevent waste.

Check-out Time:

Our usual check-out time is 12 PM, but you can request a later check-out based on availability.

Check-out Instructions:

1. Before leaving the unit, turn off the lights, air conditioners, and TVs.

2. Leave the space in an acceptable state of cleanliness. Reposition any moved furniture. Inform us if anything was damaged or broken during your stay, as we will conduct a final inspection upon your departure.

3. Place trash in the designated collection bin.

4. Inform us of your planned departure time for key collection.
