1. Maceió Airport (Zumbi dos Palmares): Approximately 130 km to Villa Naluri, which takes around 1h40 to 2h by car via AL-101 North.

2. Recife Airport (Guararapes): Approximately 130 km to Villa Naluri, with a journey time of about 2h to 2h30 by car. The route is via BR-101 South to Cabo de Santo Agostinho, then PE-60 to São José da Coroa Grande, and finally AL-101 North to Japaratinga.

Arrival at Villa Naluri from Maceió:

House and Condominium Rules:

1. Linen Rules: Please take special care when using the linens to avoid misuse that could lead to stains. Any stains (such as makeup) or damage will result in a fine of R$100 per item.

2. No Smoking Indoors: The apartment has a smoke detector to ensure everyone's safety.

3. Do Not Throw Paper in the Toilets: Please use the bathroom trash bins.

4. Absolute Silence After 11 PM: Please respect the condominium's quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM.

5. No Hanging Clothes/Towels on the Balcony/Windows: Use the indoor clothesline or another designated space for drying clothes.

6. No Glassware in the Balcony/Pool Area: Do not consume food or drinks in the pool.

7. No Loud Personal Music in the Pool Area: Loud music is not allowed in the common areas to maintain a peaceful environment.

8. Prohibited Actions in the Condominium:

- Do not behave in a manner that could harm the value or well-being of the condominium.

- Do not leave objects in common areas such as entrances, walkways, or parking.

- Do not store hazardous or flammable substances in the units or common areas.

- Always dispose of trash in the appropriate bins. Do not discard trash outside the designated areas.

9. Use of Common Areas:

- Gourmet Area: It is not allowed to use this space for parties or events. Use should be respectful, without disturbing other residents, especially after 10 PM.

- Pool: Use is restricted to residents and guests, with a limit of up to 6 people per unit. Glasses and similar items are prohibited in the pool area. The pool hours are from 9 AM to 8 PM.

- Gym: Proper attire is required, and please store equipment after use. Eating and drinking are not allowed in the gym.

Conscious Energy Use: Turn off all appliances and lights before leaving to conserve resources and prevent waste.

Check-out Time: Our usual check-out time is 11 AM, but depending on availability, you can request a later check-out.

Check-out Instructions:

1. turn off the lights, air conditioners, and TVs before leaving the unit.

2. Leave the space in an acceptable state of cleanliness. Reposition any moved furniture. Inform us if anything was damaged or broken during your stay, as we will conduct a final inspection upon your departure.

3. Place trash in the designated collection bin near the concierge.

4. leave the keys at the concierge and provide the unit number upon departure.
